Question by Blooming Sufi: Expectorant ?
Having some chest congestion from constant post-nasal drip gone awry. I’d like to get my chest cleared out before it turns into me being officially ‘sick’. Drinking lots of hot fluids & hot showers when I can–is there anything else I can do that doesn’t require medicine? And, if I end up using an OTC medication, what’s the best one to use to clear this up thoroughly & quickly? Thanks…

Mucinex. Take it with plenty of water to help thin the secretions to expectorate them easily. I take it everytime i get bronchitis.
